It may be, but it is, as far as I can tell, the most heavily ridden tram line on earth, beating out even the fake-metro tramlines of the world. But not MetrobĂĽs or Transmilenio. Those BRT systems are absolutely metro level, thus the name Metro - BĂĽs :) But that's my point, BRT can and does operate at metro levels. Trams do not.
