. i cant fix this, but i have a way to get around the problem. click on the lol launcher window, and use the tab button and press enter. press tab 3 times for options press tab 6 times to get to changing language and region. Edit: i got it to fix it. but only works for windows 7 and probably 8. go to control panel, appearance and personalisation
